Sleep, generally refers to human sleep, is an indispensable physiological phenomenon. Sleep accounts for nearly one-third of the time in a person's life. Its quality is closely related to human health, which shows how important sleep is to everyone. In a sense, the quality of sleep determines the quality of life. But why does a person sleep? This problem has always been a problem that scientists want to solve thoroughly. Recently, according to the British Journal of new scientist, scientists have put forward several opinions on the causes of sleep, from the simple theory of energy conservation to the complex theory involving memory processing, which have carried out a comprehensive discussion on human sleep.
